Accommodation inquiries

We use your name, email address, optional phone number, stay dates, number of guests and message to respond to your inquiry and arrange a possible stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include sensitive information or details of other guests.

The website does not store the contents of inquiries in its content database. Messages are delivered by email to the hotel.

Website operation and security

Cloudflare provides hosting, email delivery and Turnstile spam protection. Technical request data, including an IP address, may be processed to deliver and protect the service. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and loading performance on public pages. It does not use cookies or browser storage for analytics or track visitors across websites. Inquiry contents, the administration area and private previews are excluded from this measurement. No advertising tools are enabled. Cloudflare Web Analytics.

A language is selected by its URL. Essential login cookies are used only in the administration area and expire after 12 hours.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
